We are a team of 15 Scripps students managing a $600K+ portfolio with long-term investments. Each year, we distribute 2-6% of our annual returns back to the Scripps and broader Claremont community to support initiatives that enrich the student experience.

As a fund, we teach members how to pitch stocks, host various speakers, and are a welcoming space for learning the ropes of financial literacy.
SIF members represent a variety of majors and disciplines; we welcome members from any major and area of study.

SIF encourages mentorship through facilitating one-on-one pairings between seasoned upperclassmen and new members to provide personalized guidance and support in both SIF-related activities as well as preprofessional areas.
